Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 35 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ bottle of vanilla flavor
- 330 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate icing
- 1 jar Nutella

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Christmas cookies, approx. 36 cookies
For the dough, bring the butter to room temperature. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough with a little flour and cut out hearts. Bake the cookies at 160°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Let the cut-out hearts cool and spread Nutella on half of the hearts. Place the remaining hearts on top of the Nutella-covered hearts. Decorate the hearts with chocolate icing, if desired. The cookies also make great gifts.
