Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp, ground nutmeg, ground
- 2 tsp honey, liquid

nightcap
Gently heat the milk (preferably whole milk) and then stir in the grated nutmeg and honey. The amounts vary. This makes a good nightcap. Caution: Nutmeg, consumed in large quantities, is considered slightly intoxicating. This may also be the reason for its sleep-inducing effect. Do not consume more than 4 g (approx. 2 level teaspoons).
