Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg goulash
- 1 large can of sauerkraut
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp paprika powder
- ¾ liter broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Add the meat, stir in the tomato paste and paprika, and simmer the goulash over low heat for about 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally. Now stir in the sauerkraut, pour in the broth, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours. Before serving, stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
