Nutritionist Explains Why it is Important to Include Fish in the Diet

Fish is a great source of protein, unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamins A, E, and D, nutritionist Svetlana Fus said on the social network.

But first of all, as the nutritionist noted, fish contains omega-3 fatty acids.

“They are necessary for proper nutrition, as they are not produced in the body, for the effective prevention of cardiovascular diseases,” the expert said. Fuss said that herring is a good source of omega-3 acids.

“Remember that you must eat fish, and fatty fish from the cold sea depths: herring, mackerel, salmon,” the nutritionist listed.
