Oak leaf lettuce with peppers and spring onions in mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Wash, deseed, and finely chop half the bell pepper. Wash the spring onion and cut into small rolls. Prepare the dressing and season to taste. First, arrange the oak leaf lettuce on plates or in bowls, then the bell pepper pieces and spring onions. Finally, pour the dressing over the lettuce.
