  • ½ lemon(s), (the juice)
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • Pepper, white from the mill
  • 15 g sugar
  • 3 orange(s), filleted
  • 100 g date(s) (fresh)
  • 50 g pine nuts, roasted

Wash the lettuce thoroughly, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, pepper, and sugar to make a dressing. Arrange the salad on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Top with the orange segments and sprinkle with the chopped dates and toasted pine nuts.
