Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of oak leaf lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 small onion(s), red
- ½ box of radish sprouts
- 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Herbal salt or wild garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the oak leaf lettuce and drain well. Lay it flat on a platter. Cut the washed tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Tear or chop the mozzarella into small pieces. Finely dice the onions. Distribute the tomatoes, mozzarella, and onions evenly over the lettuce and season with herb or wild garlic salt. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Finally, scatter the radish sprouts over the salad.
