Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • n. B. Water, hot
  • 100 g applesauce, no added sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour hot water over the oats until they are covered. Let them sit for about 5 minutes (it shouldn’t become rock hard). Season with cinnamon and sweetener to taste and mix in applesauce. This makes a delicious, filling, low-calorie oat and apple porridge.
