Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 25 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 40 g semi-skimmed butter, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for apple or plum cake

Using a dough hook, mix all ingredients into crumbles. This will make enough for one cake in a 26 cm springform pan.
