Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 half vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Very crispy! Makes about 40 cookies.

Mix the oats and sunflower seeds together. Melt the butter, pour it over the mixture, and mix well. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla seeds until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold into the frothy mixture. Carefully fold into the cooled oat and sunflower seed mixture and mix everything together lightly. Using two spoons, place small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
