Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 75 g raisins
- 75 g fine oat flakes
- 75 ml olive oil
- 85 ml low-fat milk
- 2 m.-large banana(s), ripe
- 225 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 80 g cane sugar (raw)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Oat flakes, for decoration
- n. B. Honey

Super delicious and very healthy! Makes 12 muffins
Combine the oats and milk in a bowl. Add a little honey for a sweeter taste. Combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Combine the olive oil and egg in a bowl and whisk until just combined. Puree the bananas and add them. Add the mixture to the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Add the oat mixture and raisins and mix well again. Divide between 12 muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
