Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 130 g flour
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some chocolate drops or mini Smarties

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with chocolate drops or Smarties

Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a dough hook. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Using a teaspoon, drop about 5-6 small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes. This makes about 30 cookies.
