Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Melt the butter, add the oats, and mix. Then let cool. Whisk the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then add the flour and baking powder. Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of dough onto baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (175°C fan-assisted oven) for 15 minutes on the middle rack. Remove from the baking sheet immediately to cool.
