simple, quick, healthy and vegan breakfast

Measure the oats and plant-based milk (I like to use rice milk) into a coffee mug and pour into a saucepan. Wash, core, and dice the apple. Add the apple pieces and raisins to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add the salt and stir well; it adds a sweeter flavor. If desired, you can also sweeten with sugar. Season with cinnamon to taste. Instead of apples and raisins, you can also make the porridge with any other fruit, such as bananas, peaches, plums, blueberries, etc. If you use whole milk, the dish is no longer vegan.
