Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 Vienna sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the children’s birthday party

Halve the sausages crosswise and make a cross-shaped cut of approximately 5 cm at the end of each sausage. Thread the sausage halves onto the skewers with the blunt cut side facing up. Fry the sausage skewers in an oven preheated to 200°C or on the grill until lightly crispy. The cooking time should be 15-20 minutes. The sausage skewers are now ready to serve.
