Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 22 g salt
  • 4 g pepper, white
  • 2 g coriander
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • some garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. marjoram
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • possibly breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Minced meat

Thoroughly mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, egg, coriander, nutmeg, and a little garlic powder. If desired, you can add a little marjoram or paprika. This pork mince also makes excellent meatballs, but you’ll need to add some breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
