  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg curd, 20%
  • Food coloring, in blue and green
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter (soft and in pieces)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cheesecake without a base with crumble

For the cheesecake: Mix all of the cheesecake ingredients (butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla pudding powder, baking powder, quark) one after the other until creamy. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. For the crumble topping: Knead the flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon into crumbles (don’t overmix, or the butter will become too soft). Divide the crumbles into 3 separate bowls. For the moldy crumble topping, leave one-third as it is, color the second third with green food coloring, and the third with blue food coloring. Spread the crumbles on the cake and bake for about 1 hour at 170°C (fan oven). The mold cake is ready. A good amount of mold is needed on a cake so that the Olchis will enjoy it. Of course, Olchi Mama knows a great recipe with fine cleaning cloths and sour milk. But to make it taste better for you, you’ll need the ingredients listed above!
