Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch soup greens (root vegetables), finely chopped
  • 100 g mushrooms or mushrooms of your choice, finely chopped
  • 40 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 600 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 125 ml cream
  • e.g. parsley, chopped
  • marjoram
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • Caraway powder
  • salt and pepper
