Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g potatoes, diced
- 1 bunch soup greens (root vegetables), finely chopped
- 100 g mushrooms or mushrooms of your choice, finely chopped
- 40 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 600 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
- 125 g sour cream
- 125 ml cream
- e.g. parsley, chopped
- marjoram
- 1 shot of white wine
- Caraway powder
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
potato soup
Sauté the onion and bacon cubes in hot oil. Add the root vegetables and potatoes and roast briefly. Deglaze with white wine and pour in the beef or vegetable broth. Cook until soft. Then add the sliced mushrooms, sour cream, and cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
