Olive and ham cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 150 ml oil
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g green olives, stuffed
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Fat for the mold
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

French party bread

Cut the ham and olives into small cubes. Grate half of the Gouda cheese and cut the other half into cubes. Combine the eggs with the wine and oil. Then fold in the flour, baking powder, and spices. Mix in the remaining ingredients with a dough hook. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 50 minutes. Variations: salami, mushrooms
