Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small jar of green olives, pitted
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of herbs, thyme, rosemary, parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • chili powder
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, spicy

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, season with salt and lemon juice if desired, and refrigerate. It tastes best on bread if it sits in the fridge overnight.
