Cranberry Butter Cookie Brownies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cranberries, dried
  • 200 g butter biscuits
  • 360 g chocolate, milk or dark
  • 6 eggs
  • 440 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 320 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/circulating air). Heat the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Meanwhile, combine the eggs, powdered sugar, and flour in a bowl. Then add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Next, crush the butter biscuits, ideally in a freezer bag, by hand until they are no larger than a penny. Mix these biscuits into the batter along with the cranberries. Chop the cranberries further if necessary. Then spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. One batch of this recipe makes one tray of brownies.
