Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g green olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 8 tbsp milk
- 20 g olives, black
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blend the green olives with the lemon juice, cream cheese, and milk. Pit and slice the black olives. Stir half into the olive sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Garnish with the remaining olive slices.
