  • 200 g pasta
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat

Instructions

Cook the pasta as usual. Dice the bell peppers and fry them in a little fat in a pan. Add the cooked pasta. Fry everything briefly, tossing occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk the eggs, pour them over the pasta and bell pepper mixture, and let them set.
