Ingredients

One Pot Bolognese

  • 500 g Minced meat half & half
  • 1 Yellow paprika (remainder)
  • 2 piece Carrots (rest)
  • 420 g Tomato puree
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 500 g Spelled Spirelli
  • 2,3 stem Maggi herb (from our own garden)
  • 2,3 leaves Basil (from own garden)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt, gourmet pepper, oregano to taste

Instructions

  • Take a large saucepan and put the minced meat in it and fry it until crumbly without adding any fat. Peel the onion, clove of garlic, put in a lightning chopper, chop and add, fry. Core the paprika, roughly dice. Peel the carrots in slices, then also dice, add. Stir and let fry further.
  • Then add the tomato puree, stir in. Deglaze with beef stock and season with salt, gourmet pepper and oregano. Now let the sauce simmer for about 30 minutes with the heat / temperature turned down, stirring occasionally.
  • Later add the spelled spirelli and continue to fry, stirring again and again from time to time. Finally, add the chopped spices, fold in, cook for a few minutes and then transfer to a deep plate or punch / bowl, serve immediately.
