Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s) or another fillet
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 thick carrots
- 1 large leek(s)
- 8 potatoes
- 2 slices of processed cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
- chives
- Parsley
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
simple and filling
Cut the meat into small pieces or leave whole. Squeeze out the garlic clove or chop it finely and place it in a bowl with the meat, oil, and standard spices (salt, pepper, and paprika). Stir with a spoon. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Then add the leeks, cut into half rings, and the carrots and potatoes into small cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, add the marinated meat, and fry well. Then add the carrots and potatoes, season well with the herbs and nutmeg, and fry briefly. Finally, add the leeks. Pour in the cream and water, adding enough water to the pan to almost cover the contents. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the cheese slices, stir, and season to taste. You have a delicious meal that will fill you up.
