Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 1 bunch of thyme sprigs
  • 1.125 ml water
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • e.g. Parmesan

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious pasta dish in just one pot

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Quarter the zucchini lengthwise, then slice. Peel the garlic cloves and finely slice. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems. Place the uncooked pasta in a large pot with the mushrooms, zucchini, peas, garlic, and thyme. Pour in the water. Season with plenty of salt and pepper. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the type of pasta. Stir frequently to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Add the Parmesan cheese and crème fraîche and plate the pasta.
