One-pot pasta with kohlrabi and mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g kohlrabi, frozen cream kohlrabi
  • 160 g farfalle
  • 200 ml milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 160 g white mushrooms, medium-sized, approx. 5 mushrooms
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Mixed herbs, e.g. frozen 8-herbs

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the creamed kohlrabi and pasta in a saucepan, add the milk and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and stir well. Continue simmering over medium heat. Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces of any size, and add to the pasta. Simmer for at least 10 minutes, then until tender. 1-2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the finely chopped spring onion and season with salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, and a teaspoon of frozen 8-herb seasoning. Approx. 457 kcal per serving.
