Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g noodles (instant noodles)
- 400 g cocktail tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella (mini balls)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ bunch basil
- 600 ml water
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Dice the onion and garlic, quarter the tomatoes, and tear the basil into small pieces. Place the uncooked pasta, onion, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella, tomato paste, basil, and balsamic vinegar in a large pot. Add the water and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir frequently to ensure the ingredients are well blended and don’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
