Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini from the refrigerated section, filling of your choice
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 250 ml water or broth
- oregano
- basil
- salt and pepper
- some oil for frying
- possibly olives
Instructions

Wash and chop the vegetables. Sauté the vegetables in a pot or deep frying pan with a little oil, deglaze with the passata, and add water or broth. Once the liquid starts to simmer, reduce the heat and add the prepared tortellini from the refrigerated section. The cooking time for the tortellini is usually 3-5 minutes, as indicated on the packaging. I always season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. If you like, you can also add olives. They add a special tang.
