Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of yeast dough, from the refrigerated section, 450 g
  • 400 g onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 175 g diced ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Place the yeast dough, including the baking paper, in the baking dish and pull the edges up well to prevent the onion mixture from overflowing during baking. Peel the onions, halve them, and thinly slice or grate them. Lightly fry the ham cubes in a hot pan, add the onions and sauté. Then let cool. Whisk the eggs with the cream and seasonings and mix in the cheese. Stir the egg, cream, and cheese mixture into the cooled onion and ham mixture. Pour the finished mixture onto the yeast dough in the baking dish and smooth it out. Close the lid and set the Optigrill to manual orange (200°C). Once the temperature is reached, set the timer to 25 minutes.
