Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g lard
  • 1 some salt
  • 0.1 liters of milk
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 200 g bacon cubes
  • 500 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Make a dough from flour, lard, milk, and salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Finely slice the spring onions and lightly sauté them. Fry the bacon, then mix the quark with the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and bacon. Line a 28cm cake tin with the dough, arrange the spring onions on top, and cover with the quark mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool slightly and serve lukewarm.
