Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 125g bacon
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 300 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 chili peppers (chipotle), dried and smoked
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
without bottom
Finely dice the onions and chipotle. First, fry the bacon, then add the onions and cook until translucent. Let both cool. Once the onions are at room temperature, mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
