Mushroom and feta cheese gratin

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g mushrooms
  • 300 g onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g cheese, finely grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Wash and trim the mushrooms and thinly slice them. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop or press it through a press. Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
