Onion crusts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 g Gouda, medium-aged, grated
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onion, dice it very finely, and season it with a little salt and pepper. Dust it with flour. Add the eggs, cream, and grated cheese and mix well. Heat the oil, place small biscuits in a pan, and fry until golden brown.
