Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche herbs
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 100 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough and spread with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with fried onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up from the long side and cut into slices. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
