Onion soup with crab from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g onion(s), in pieces
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¾ liter of water
  • 200 g crab
  • 1 cup of white wine (measuring cup)
  • 100 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 4. Add the butter and cook for 25 minutes/100°C/speed 1. 17 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the tablespoon of flour. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the salt and pepper, and the water with the vegetable stock cube. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the prawns, and 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the white wine and sour cream.
