Oopsies with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • cream cheese
  • n. B. Horseradish, fresh
  • n. B. smoked salmon
  • e.g. cucumber(s)
  • n. B. Dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb

For the Oopsies, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark and fold in the egg whites. Place about 12 dollops of the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, until the Oopsies are lightly browned. They will rise quite a bit at first, but will collapse after baking. Once the Oopsies have cooled, spread them with cream cheese, grate fresh horseradish over them, and top with salmon. Finally, arrange dill-seasoned cucumber slices on top.
