Orange and apple crumble with almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g orange(s)
  • 100 g apple
  • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 10 g almond(s), grated
  • 20 g flour
  • 15 g butter, diced
  • 1 tsp water
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the orange. Wash, quarter, core, and dice the apple. Mix the chopped almonds with the orange and apple pieces and place in serving dishes. Make crumbs from the sugar, almonds, flour, butter, and cinnamon (if desired), and cover the fruit with them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. This recipe is for one serving dish. If you make more and use a larger baking dish, the baking time will increase.
