Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack flavoring (orange fruit)
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g margarine or butter
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a dough from the ingredients. Form it into approximately 3 cm thick logs and chill them for about 1 hour. Then cut the logs into slices and place them slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes (do not overbrown).
