Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 200 g orange marmalade, bitter
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 40 g wheat flour type 550
  • 3 drops of orange flavor
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 47 minutes

Combine flour with almonds, orange oil, and orange marmalade. Melt the butter in a saucepan and then stir in the flour mixture. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until a thick paste forms. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 15-17 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet, then cover the back with chocolate.
