Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- ¼ tsp salt, coarse
- ½ tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 125 ml olive oil
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions

Whisk the garlic, salt, mustard, honey, and orange juice in a bowl. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking continuously, until the sauce becomes creamy. Season with pepper. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
