Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 1 small bottle(s) of vanilla flavoring
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 75 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
for the ice cream machine
Heat the milk and sugar until dissolved, then stir into the orange juice. Mix in the remaining ingredients, but first whip the cream until stiff. Be careful with the sugar if your oranges are sweeter than mine… Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator and then freeze in an ice cream maker.
