Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 190 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter, melted
- 1 orange(s), untreated, zest
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 40 g chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for 5 glasses of 440 ml each
Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, eggs, and butter and mix. Divide about half of the batter between the glasses. Stir the cocoa powder and chocolate shavings into the remaining batter and fill the glasses as well. Marble the batter slightly with a fork or skewer. Bake the cake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes, cover, and let cool. Tip: The batter is also suitable for a regular baking pan or for muffins.
