Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g brown sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange flavor, e.g. Finesse orange)
- 70 g marzipan, coarsely grated
- 10 g chocolate coating, coarsely grated
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tbsp honey
- some flour, nB (1-2 tbsp)
- Wafers (5 cm)
- some powdered sugar
- some orange juice or liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
for about 25 gingerbreads
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl. Coarsely grate the marzipan and chocolate coating and stir in with the remaining ingredients. Spread the batter onto the wafers with a teaspoon. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the gingerbread on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover the still-warm gingerbread with the powdered sugar glaze. You can also use chocolate coating, depending on your taste. The gingerbread will be equally soft.
