Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 6 mint leaves, washed
  • 4 tbsp caramel syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Orange juice, milk, and natural yogurt should be well chilled. Blend the juice and milk products with the mint and syrup in a blender or with an immersion blender until frothy.
