Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • n. B. Orange juice, fresh, to refill

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 1 minute

First, pour the orange juice into a bowl, then place the bowl in the freezer. Stir with a spoon every twenty minutes until the slush reaches a nice consistency, i.e., until it’s half frozen (when the slush has the right consistency, it will resemble sticky orange snow). Spoon into glasses and top up with fresh orange juice, if desired.
