Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 banana(s), not frozen
  • 4 dates, pitted, alternatively use Stevia to sweeten

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

healthy, vegan, delicious

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the ice cream into ice cream molds and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
