Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 150 g gooseberries
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some sugar or agave syrup, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the orange. De-stem the gooseberries and wash them, or let them thaw if frozen. Measure the quark, yogurt, and milk and blend with the fruit and lemon juice. Season to taste with sugar or agave syrup.
