Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of flavoring (orange peel)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Jam (orange)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter with the egg yolk, sugar and orange zest until fluffy, mix in the flour, baking powder, salt and orange juice and knead well. Let it cool for 30 minutes, then roll it out and cut out stars. Bake on a prepared baking tray in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, combine with the orange marmalade and sprinkle with icing sugar.
