Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g marzipan – raw mass
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 175 g butter
- 1 sachet flavoring (Orange-back)
- 150 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- 100 g cake icing, dark
- 1 shot of Grand Marnier

Christmas cookies
Knead the marzipan, powdered sugar, and egg yolk. Add the butter and orange zest. Combine the flour and cornstarch and stir in. Pipe 4 cm long dough sticks onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven (electric oven 200 °C, gas mark 3) for about 15 minutes (they should be light brown). Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Spread with jam (preferably preheated and with a dash of Grand Marnier) and place two together. Melt the cake glaze and drizzle it onto the cookies in a jagged shape.
